The Faculty holds Forum on "Doors and Walls in the Research on Regional Space History"
05 March 2022The Forum on "Doors and Walls of the Research on Regional Space History", hosted by the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning, was held in Meeting Room 203 of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning CQU on March 5, 2022. Prof. Feng Jiang from the School of Architecture of South China University of Technology was invited to the Forum as the keynote speaker. Prof. Yang Yuzhen from the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning, CQU, Prof. Chen Wei from the Institute of Architectural History and Theory of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning, Associate Professor Dai Qiusi, Associate Professor Leng Jie, Liao Yudi and Tang Cong, teachers of the Faculty, appeared at the Forum as honored guests upon invitation. Prof. Feng Di from the Institute of Architectural History and Theory of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning chaired the Forum.

25 October 2021The Doctor and Master Forum of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning of Chongqing University, taking “mountain city and beautiful settlements” as its theme, was held in Room 5223 of the Architecture Pavilion on October 25, 2021. This Forum is sponsored by the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning of Chongqing University and organized by the Graduate Student Union of the Faculty, with assistance of theJournal of Human Settlements in West China. Professor Zeng Wei, Professor Zhu Jie and Researcher Feng Chi from the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning were invited to the Forum as guest judges. Chen Kehang and Jin Xiaodong from the Academic Department of Postgraduate Group Association presided at the Forum.

15 October 2021The Federal Ministry of Education and Research of Germany held the 2021 “Green Talents” Awarding Ceremony on line on October 15, 2021. At the event, 25 outstanding young researchers were granted the honor in recognition of their important contributions to the sustainable development. Researcher He Baojie from the Research Center for Climate Resilience and Low-carbon City of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning, Chongqing University is among the awardees as the only Chinese researcher receiving this honor in 2021.
