Research fields: architectural design formation theory, public building design and theories, urban design and theories.

Academic achievements: He was a visiting scholar to University of Toronto in 2004-2005 and to Delft University of Technology in 2009-2010. He has participated in educational collaboration with Paris and Hong Kong. He has experience working in design firms in Canada Holland. He has won Young Architect Award from the Architectural Society of China, nomination of UIA International Architectural design Competition in Asia-Pacific Region. He has won “Chinese Yong Architect Award”. He has accomplished several research and design projects and won some provincial level awards. He has published 2 books and over 10 dissertations.
