Academic achievements: She has currently been working on several research projects including the Private Community development and the management of local Common Resources, the Design Control of Semi-Public Space, the Social Housing Community, the Spatial Mismatch of Informal Economy and the Health City Design. These projects have been founded by the national and provincial governments, and by the Ministry of Education. She has published one scholarly monograph in English and over 20 papers on core national and international academic journals, winning two thesis awards given by joint board of Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning and Association of European Schools of Planning, and International Planning History Society respectively. She is Committee member of Academic Committee of Residential Planning, Urban Planning Society of China.
